I’m not looking for a long-term diet plan, just a quick fix & i heard that the apple cider vinegar is the best way to go. Has tried it? If so, how well does it work?

I’m considering using apple cider vinegar for weight . I that is a lot of speculation about it, but it is cheap so i am willing to try it.

Is there a reason I should take it before a meal?
Also, I’m very fat. Can taking more than 5tsp/day as opposed to 3tsp/day provide additional benefits?

Please tell me if you’ve tried it and if you’ve tried any other succesful weight loss supplements.
