I know a lot on people wont agree with this but I know of a good diet clinic that is in East Los Angeles my sister lost about 80 pounds in 6 months. They give you fat burners, diet and kind of fat burning injection 1 a week you go there and get your pills and shots and get weighed. The cost is about 45 the first visit and then 25 a week. They also have something called local injections for 5 dollars for each area you want them at. The clinic is called Indiana First Medical Clinic on Whittier Blvd. just call information and get the phone number and exact address. It really works.

I weigh 174 and I’m on the Jenny Craig diet. (I used to weigh 181 when I started Late August.) I know I’m not as much as I could because I cheat “just a little” and I didn’t like to exercise. Nothing really inspired me THAT much to lose until a problem I got involved with not too long ago. I’ve been running around Wal-Mart, going on tracks, etc but I know I’ll eventually get bored with it. I’ve considered DDR and I’m going to save up for that.. but until then, I fun ways to exercise. I would also like tips on eating. I tend to cheat a little.. so if I do have the urge to cheat, what should I eat?

eat a weight waters triple choc cookie they are really really really really yummy and try what ill be trying buy a belly dancing dvd im sure it will be fun it wil help you loose weight and tone up hehe

A Few Tips to Lose Weight

I am proud to say that I have lost 40 pounds over the last few months, and I am feeling much healthier and have a whole lot more energy. I am always asked for good tips to weight, and because I am someone who very much believes in paying it forward, I am always willing to give advice.

The first tip that I can give is to eat smaller portions at each meal, and increase the amount of meals you eat three to four or five. It may sound strange to eat more meals in a day when you are trying to lose weight, but if they are smaller meals, it will rev up your metabolism and make it easier to take off the pounds. Of all of the tips to lose weight I can give, that is the most important.

The second tip that I will always recommend is to try to find about three or four different physical activities that you enjoy and exercise for 30 minutes to an hour each day. It is important to understand that you don’t want to do all of them in the same day, but give yourself a couple to choose from so you don’t get bored and lose interest.

One of the best tips to lose weight that I have ever received was to replace all of the junk food in your pantry and refrigerator with healthier options. That may seem pretty basic, but you’ll be amazed how often you go after your favorite unhealthy snack in a week if you start keeping track. You will be even more amazed at how quickly you develop a taste for the healthier foods as well.

Another tip that I still do not really understand, but it does seem to work, is to drink low or non-fat milk on daily basis. There seems to be a link between calcium consumption and weight loss, so yogurt would be a good option on that front, as well.

Among the more important tips to lose weight that I have found is to make sure you incorporate weight training into your exercise regimen. The reason for this is that as you lose weight, you tend to lose muscle as well, so if you keep up the weight training, that is not an issue. Plus, the more muscle you have, the more efficiently you burn calories.

I have never been big on diet plans or surgical procedures to lose weight. I have found that the tips to lose weight that I recommend to others have worked for me, and are also the ones that doctors advise. It is not necessary to do all of these the first day, but if you take these steps, I can almost guarantee you will have success with your weight loss goals.

Earlier today I read an article that just came out said if you sniff apples banana and something else you weight.. Idk if ts true? But it also said it makes you less hungry but that doesn’t mean you lost anything?.. Kinda confused. If you tried it share some experience. No lies or saying this is really ridiculous. Don’t believe me, look it up.

A breakfast with lots of complex carbs and protein, so your can have a high metabolism all day. Lots of vegetables get the metabolism going too. There is no “magic” food, just those that are better. It’s also about what you eat, when. Like breakfast.

started this Diet (lifestyle change) in the middle of November at 140lbs, and now at 119lbs

A DIET IS WHAT YOU EAT….there for we are all on a diet….
THINK LIFESTYLE CHANGE

You got the change the way you think and feel about food

TRY THIS, and stick to it.

The first 3-4 weeks are the hardest until your body adjusts to the change.
Results will be in about the same time

Fruits and Veggies

Eat more plants and keep away stuff that was made in plants.

Don’t eat anything that comes in a can, box or package….
…..THEY HAVE ADDITIVES IN THEM THAT MAKE YOU ADDICTED TO THE FOOD…..
If man made it, don’t eat it

NO white BREAD or SUGAR

NO FRIED FOOD…

Stay away from FAST FOOD

Walk your dog, or walk a friends dog

Don’t think of it as a diet, but think of it as a lifestyle change

I have lost 25.5 pounds in 2 months, drink lots of . I usually eat a meal of what ever I want once a week….controlled portion….this really works………

Write down every thing you eat

Take a multi vitamin at night
