Cut Down Your Normal Serves

This method has been successful for many individuals! If you are an individual who eats more than one serve per meal then this method could work wonders for you. Just say you usually eat two serves per meal for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. You could begin by just having one normal serve for a few months and if you aren’t losing as much weight (but you definitely will be losing weight) then eat half the size of your normal 1-serve.

If you are a person who doesn’t eat more than a serve but your servings are larger than normal then you should eat about three quarters of your regular serve-size for the first several months and then cut it down to half until you accomplish your desired weight.

Another detail to keep in mind is that if you think the serving size of your food is normal then other little things could play a part in unnecessary weight gain. Things like eating a lot of sweet stuff containing heaps of sugar. And stuff like eating just before you sleep.

If you eat lots of junk food then the only way you are ever going to prevent it from changing into fat is if you do some form of exercise. Once sugar enters the body it is employed as a source of quick energy. When that energy isn’t used up, it turns into fat for later use.

Eating late at night before you sleep is another way to help fat get stored. And it is not very healthy for you either. Your digestive system is not working as effectively when you are asleep so it doesn’t do all the important digestive processes that it should be doing and that’s how majority of the food you take in just transforms into fat that isn’t even properly digested.

So always remember that if your workouts are not doing it for you, the most efficient and quick way of losing weight is through your eating habits.

I am looking for a weight loss program that will help me lose 45-50 lbs quickly (but still in a healthy way). I need a strict “program” with steps to follow and exact plans of what to eat. Does anyone know of a /time effcient way to do this?

there is no easy solution to weight loss. if you really want to loose weight for life, you have to do it 2lbs per week. if you do it any other way, i am 100% sure it will not stay off.

do aerobic work outs at least 3 times a week, drink 2 liters of water.

eat eggs for breakfast, salad for lunch, and chicken breast w/ veggies for dinner.

its the only way.
